13th June, 2017 Prayer is to condone delay in filing Second Appeal. Reasons for delay are mentioned in paras 3 to 7 of the application.

The prayer as made is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

However, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, I do not find that the delay has been deliberately caused. Hence, accepting said reasons, the delay in filing the Second Appeal stands condoned. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. Judge ||hedau|
