That being so, we dispose of this petition by observing that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching before the State Administrative Tribunal. In case, the petitioner intends to take recourse to such remedy, the time spent in prosecuting the present petition before this Court be considered, if the issue of limitation crops up.

No costs.
