The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 34 days in filing this appeal, for which learned counsel for respondent No. 3 and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have objected.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay since it would not cause prejudice to the rights of the respondents. But it would help to resolve the controversy between the parties. As such, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Appeal to be registered. FIRST APPEAL ST NO. 7860 OF 2025 Heard.
