Heard Shri P.R.Agrawal, advocate for the applicants and Shri S.S.Doifode, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant is arrested on 28th November, 2015 in crime registered against him and other accused for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution against the applicant is based on circumstantial evidence. The charge-sheet is filed. The investigation is complete. Co-accused Ambadas Badhiye is released on bail by the Sessions Court.

Considering the facts on record, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order :

The applicant having been arrested in Crime No. 148 of 2015 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Five Thousand and two solvent sureties in the like amount.
