O R D E R

(Passed on 09.09.2023) The Claimant/Appellant/s and Respondent/s are virtually present through Video Conferencing from District & Sessions Court, Yavatmal. Parties have been identified by their respective Counsels. The parties have stated that they have willingly, voluntarily and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H". Terms of compromise are read over to them and they have submitted that the terms of Compromise is prepared as per their say. In view of compromise, Award is passed. The Claimant/Appellant/s shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn, as per order of the court.

Case is disposed of.

Connected petition if any, be disposed of.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per rules. Excess amount, if any remain, after disbursement of settled amount, be refunded to the V. I. D. C./State Government.
