Shri S. G. Jagtap, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner is desirous of availing the alternate remedy and she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. It is stated that since the ad interim relief is operating in favour of the petitioner from 28.04.2015, the same may be continued for four weeks so that the petitioner can avail the alternate remedy. The request made on behalf of the petitioner is just and reasonable. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The ad interim relief granted on 28.04.2015 to continue for four weeks. Order accordingly.
