This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring an appeal by the original claimant. 3.
The application is on affidavit. The reason mentioned in the application is that the applicant was not in a sound position to pay the Court Fees. The litigant should not be barred from approaching the Court only because of poverty.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of 650 days is hereby condoned. Office is directed to register the first appeal. The civil application stands allowed and disposed of FA ST.NO.8167/2014 1.
