Heard Shri R.M. Daga, learned Counsel for the applicants, Shri S.D. Sirpurkar, learned A.P.P. for non-applicant no.1 and Shri Giripunje, learned Counsel for non-applicant no.2/complainant.

Learned counsel jointly state that a compromise was reached in matrimonial dispute in mediation proceedings on 11.01.2017. Accordingly an amount of Rs. 4 lakhs has been deposited in the office of the Family Court at Nagpur. Both the learned counsel state that marriage between the parties is dissolved today only by the Family Court.

Learned A.P.P. is seeking time. He points out that the matter is listed today only for the first time.

The applicant no.1 Narayansingh is present and identified by Shri Daga, Non-applicant no.2 - Yogita is identified by Shri Giripunje.
