The learned Advocate for the applicant has pointed out that he got information that Criminal Application (BA) No.515/2017 was filed on behalf of the applicant through some other Advocate and the application is disposed of on 14th June, 2017, the order being as follows:

"Heard.

The applicant is arrested in crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 14 of the Foreigner Act, 1946 on the accusation that he was not having valid VISA and he produced fabricated documents at the time of investigation.

Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in the application.

The application is dismissed, however, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 26th September, 2016, the trial Court is directed to conclude and dispose the trial till 30th November, 2017."

2 ba346.17 The learned A.P.P. also confirms the above fact.

In view of the order passed in Criminal Application (BA) No.515/2017 this application does not survive. It is dismissed accordingly.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.621/2017.

In view of disposal of main application, the application for grant of time to file certified copies of documents does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
