The learned A.P.P. for the non-applicant has pointed out the order passed by this Court on 15th February, 2016 disposing the application as withdrawn and granting liberty to the applicant to file fresh application if sessions trial does not commence till 15th April, 2016. The learned A.P.P. has pointed out that the present application is filed before 15th April, 2016. The application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file application as per the liberty granted by the order dated 15 th February, 2016, if so advised.
