Prayer is made to grant time of twelve weeks for approaching the Hon'ble Supreme Court so as to challenge the judgment dated 11-3-2016 in Writ Petition No.2735 of 2015. It is submitted that the applicants are in possession of the suit premises and hence, the same needs to be protected. The application is opposed by the learned Counsel for the non-applicants on the ground that the applicants be directed to submit an undertaking that in case they do not succeed in their challenge, the possession of the property in question would be handed over to the non-applicants. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and as the decree for eviction has been restored, the effect and operation of the judgment dated 11-3-2016 is
