This is an application filed on behalf of respondent No.1 seeking appropriate directions against the petitioner - Management, particularly in the light of paragraph 4 of order dated 23/01/2020. Reference is made to certain correspondence exchanged between the parties and respondent No.2 in that connection. It is contended that since the petitioner - Management has failed to provide necessary documents to respondent No.2 - Education Officer, the release of provident fund amount to the respondent No.1 is held up.

In this connection, when the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was asked to make submissions it was categorically stated that the learned counsel had specific instructions from the petitioner - Management to make a statement that the petitioner - Management had absolutely no objection to release of amount of provident fund lying in the account of respondent No.1 as per page 18 of the said application. It was submitted that balance amount of Rs.4,33,013/- as on the year 2008-09 for Account No. 20165 pertaining to respondent No.1 was reflected in the said document. It was categorically submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it had no objection for disbursal of said amount along with accrued interest to respondent No.1.

In view of aforesaid categorical statement made on behalf of the petitioner - Management, the Education Officer is directed to take steps for release of said amount along with accrued interest without insisting again further documentation in the matter subject to further orders in the present writ petition. The respondent No.2 shall take appropriate steps in the matter within a period of four weeks from today.
