The application is frivolous. The order of trial Court is legal, correct and proper, the present application filed by the applicant is only with a view to protract the trial in a case of rape.

The applicant is at liberty to file such documents which he wants to file, for which the trial court shall fix the time and thereafter shall proceed with the trial and complete the same, in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Criminal Application No. 287/2015 is disposed of accordingly.
