By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to grant licence/permission for processing, storing and selling of stones and minerals on the land bearing Khasra No.198 in Mouza Sundertola.
Shri Kale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 states that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of licence for processing, storing and selling of stones was rejected by the respondents by an order dated 3.4.2010. The petitioner is challenging the order dated 3.4.2010 by filing Writ Petition No.2314/2015. It is stated that the petition suffers from laches and is liable to be dismissed as such. By upholding the objection raised on behalf of the respondents, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
