The appellant has filed this application for condonation of delay. Heard. Perused the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur. Civil Application stands disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION [F] NO.3173 OF 2018 The appellant has filed this application for grant of stay. Heard. Perused the application.

By order dated 23rd October, 2018, this Court has directed the applicant to deposit the entire decreetal amount and then only the application for grant of stay would be considered. The learned advocate for the appellant submits that the entire decreetal amount has been deposited in this court. Learned advocate for the respondents does not dispute the said position.

In view thereof, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 5.4.2017
