The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner could file appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court seeking a decree of damages against the respondent-University for the loss caused to the petitioner in view of their admitted mistake. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so as to avail the alternate remedy.
