On going through the case diary, I find that the allegations are of such nature as would create a doubt, whether they together are capable of constituting as what is called "instigation" under Section 107 of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, I am of the view that this application deserves to be granted.

Application is allowed. Interim bail granted on 6th April 2018 to the applicant is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with clarification that now, the applicant shall attend Police Station only if she is required to do so by the investigating officer.

Disposed of.
