Heard Mr.S.R.Narnaware, the learned advocate for the applicant/petitioner.

As the registration of the writ petition has been refused by the Registrar (Judicial) for non-removal of the office objections, without issuing notice to the nonapplicants/ respondents and accepting reasons stated in the application, the delay of 53 days in filing the Misc. Civil Application is condoned.

For the same reasons, as recorded above, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 23rd February, 2015 is set aside. The writ petition is restored.

W.P. NO. 195/2015.

The petitioner shall remove office objections within four weeks, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs quantified at Rs. One Thousand.
