Having considered the reasons stated in the impugned judgment and also the valuation report, I am of the view that interest of justice would be served if this application is partly allowed.

Accordingly, the application is partly allowed. Respondent Nos.1 and 2, the claimants, are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1.00 crore from out of the amount deposited in this Court against their furnishing usual undertaking within four weeks from the date of the order and rest of the amount to be invested as per the rules. The application is disposed of.
