After perusal of case papers and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, when this Court expressed its opinion that the Court is dismissing the present application, Mr. Thakkar, learned counsel for applicants, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. He further submits that liberty may be granted to the applicants to file an application for discharge before the trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet.
