DATED : 19/04/2023 This application is filed for correction the surname of respondent No.1(c) and 1(d).
As per contention of the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) that the surname of the respondent Nos.1(c) was inadvertently shown as "Bokhe" instead of "Bodakhe" and the surname of respondent No.1(d) is shown as "Umak" instead of "Umap". Being it is a typographical mistake. Respondent prayed for permission to correct the same.
Learned AGP has no objection for the same.
Considering that it is a typographical omission and no prejudice will be caused to the appellant by correcting the surname.
(2) 6.caf.1110.2023 In view of that, application is allowed. The appellant has to carry out the necessary amendment in the surname of respondent Nos.1(c) and 1(d).
Civil Application is disposed of.
FIRST APPEAL NO.1060 OF 2016 Appeal be placed after Summer Vacation for final hearing.
