In pursuance to the order dated 27/04/2022, this application seeks extension of time for clearing of the arrears by way of installments.

Advocate Shri Zade, holding for Advocate Shri Patre for the respondent no.1 submits, that in case installments are being granted to clear the arrears as of now

0505 Cri WP 271 of 2022.odt which are Rs.7,40,000/-, the same ought to be cleared by two installments fortnightly.

Since this Court by the order dated 27/04/2022 had directed the clearance of the arrears by the returnable date, which is today, which has not been done, however, considering the willingness to do so, it is directed that the entire arrears of maintenance shall be cleared by the petitioner by way of two fortnightly installments and the entire arrears shall be cleared by 06/06/2022.

Advocate Shri Zade, holding for Advocate Shri Patre for the respondent no.1, shall place on record the RTGS details of the account of the respondent no.1, in which, the aforesaid arrears shall be deposited by two fortnightly installments. Subject to the deposit in the aforesaid manner, the interim stay of proceedings shall continue till 06/06/2022 only. It is made clear that if the amount is not deposited in the aforesaid manner, the interim stay of proceedings shall cease to continue in operation as on 06/06/2022.
