Shri Haribhau Shakarrao Pundkar, the Principal, who is also the Secretary of the institution, is present in the Court, has undertaken before this Court to deposit an amount of Rs. 20,47,287/- before the Industrial Court in Complaint ULPN 32 of 2011, which is the subsistence allowance according to the contempt petitioner. This amount be deposited within 15 days from today.

The Industrial Court is directed to decide the ULPN 32 of 2011 within 45 days from deposit of amount. Appropriation and disbursement of the amount deposited shall depend on the final outcome of the proceedings before the Industrial Court which shall not be influenced by the course adopted herein.

The said amount shall be invested in short term fixed deposit of 45 days, initially.

Petition is disposed of in the afore stated terms. JUDGE RSB
