JUNE 13, 2024 The applicant/petitioner seeks extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. This Court, vide order dated 20/10/2023, has directed the applicant to deposit the amount within eight weeks from the date of passing of order.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the amount is now ready and required time to arrange the same.

3] None appears for the non-applicant, despite service.

4] In the circumstances, the request made by the applicant is accepted. The amount shall be deposited within two weeks from today, failing which the applicant shall pay costs of Rs.10,000/-.

5] The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
