AUGUST 5, 2024 By present application, the applicant is seeking to bring on record legal representative of respondent no.1, whose name is mentioned in paragraph 4 of the application.

2] The learned Counsel for respondent no.1 submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of legal representative of respondent no.1 and will file Vakalatnama in due course. He has no objection, if the application is allowed.

3] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. Amended copy be served on the other side. The legal representative may file reply, if necessary. 4] The Civil Application is disposed of.
