DATED : AUGUST 27, 2018 Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he has instructions to make a statement before the Court that the applicant will be depositing the entire amount of compensation as ordered by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur on 29.01.2011 in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.7/2004 within four weeks from today, before this Court.

The statement is accepted.

If within four weeks, the amount as ordered by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur is not deposited then this application as well as the appeal shall stand dismissed without back reference to the Court.
