Present application is for seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount. The first appeal is already disposed for non-compliance of the Court's order dated 22.01.2019. Nothing is on record to show that the appellant has taken any steps to file the paper-book.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount alongwith accrued interest on usual undertaking.

The amount alongwith accrued interest be disbursed on due identification and verification.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
