DATED : 25-02-2025 Considering the reliefs claimed in the petition, insofar as prayer clause 1 is concerned Ms. Jaipurkar, learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, upon instructions, makes a statement that an enquiry has been conducted by the BDO, upon being delegated the power by the CEO, and a report dated 24.7.24 has been sent to the Commissioner. The relief therefore, claimed becomes infructuous. In so far as the other reliefs are concerned, they only seek direction to the learned Commissioner to decide the complaint one way or the other, that even otherwise, statutory obligation of the respondent No. 1. Considering the same, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent No. 1 to decide the complaint one way or the other, in term of the law applicable, within a period of 8 weeks from today.
