Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited before the Tribunal and that he has no objection if the Claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount. He further states that in view of Pursis filed, leave may be granted to the Appellant to withdraw the appeal with refund of court fee and statutory deposit.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Appellant, leave is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Statutory deposit and the court fee be refunded as permissible under the rules. The compensation deposited before the Tribunal, along with interest accrued thereon, be disbursed to the original Claimants as per the judgment.
