During the course of hearing of the present applicant, Shri N. S. Rao, the learned A.P.P. has produced copy of charge-sheet which could not be filed due to order of this Court dated 16.09.2015.

From the copy of the charge-sheet produced before this Court, it appears that the applicant has not been made accused in the said charge-sheet.
