The learned counsel for the appellant has filed pursis to show that the entire amount of compensation deposited on 14.04.2017 stating that entire amount of compensation has awarded by the Tribunal as Reference Court is depositing by cheque on 21.02.2017. In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and award till the decision of the appeal.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
