Application is for condonation of delay of 77 days, which is caused in preferring the restoration application. The appeal is dismissed for non removal of the office objections. 2.

Heard learned Advocate Mr Kubade for appellant. He submitted that inadvertently, the order was not noted and therefore the office objections were not removed. The delay is not intentional one.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 77 days is hereby condoned.

The civil application is disposed of.

On removal of office objections within six weeks, appeal be restored at its original stage.
