We were not inclined to suspend the sentence. However, the learned counsel for the appellants Mr. Sirpurkar submits that the appeal may not be heard early, and is the appeal is not heard early the appellants may be granted liberty to revive and renew the prayer for suspension of sentence.

The learned counsel further submits that if such liberty is reserved, this application shall not be pressed. 3.
