By this application, the applicant-Union of India seeks extension of time for complying with the order of this court. It is stated on behalf of the applicant that the State Government has not supplied the necessary documents for considering the grant of funds to the petitioner for the treatment of his rare disease.
Shri Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State Government states that all the necessary documents pertaining to the petitioner are supplied to the Central Government. It is stated that if need be, a fresh set of documents would be supplied again.
We accept the statement made on behalf of the State Government. The State Government should supply the documents to the Central Government within ten days. Otherwise also we find that the copies of the documents annexed by the petitioner to the petition would demonstrate that the petitioner suffers from the rare disease. Presently, as soon as the Central Government receives the documents from the State

With this observation, we dispose of the application. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
