This is petition by an allottee of retail petrol pump setting aside no objection granted by the Collector. In Writ Petition No.2323 of 2010 filed by the Company, this Court has set aside the order passed by the Commissioner setting aside No Objection certificate granted by Commissioner. In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to entertain the present petition. The petition is, therefore, disposed of infructuous.
