Heard learned counsel for the respondent No. 1. Perused the application. It appears that part amount of compensation is deposited before the Reference Court and part amount deposited in this Court. At the most, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.

Hence, I pass the following order:-

ORDER

i] Civil application is partly allowed.

ii] The respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the
