MCA St No.8179/17 is for restoration by recalling order dated 27-02-17 though the respondent nos. 2 and 3 are served none appears. Mr Vaishanv, learned Counsel, is also absent, learned AGP for respondent no.1, considering the quantum of delay and accepting the reasons given in the applications, both the applications are allowed. The delay is condoned and petition stands restored, subject to cost of Rs.5000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Committee and removal of office objections in two weeks.
