This Writ Petition was filed challenging the interim order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar. Thereafter, by way of an amendment it is sought to be placed on record that the Revision was disposed of by the Divisional Joint Registrar, on the ground that the conditional interim order directing deposit of 50% of the amount was not complied with by the Respondent No.3 -

The petition has arisen from a pending proceeding before the Divisional Joint Registrar. Those proceedings have now come to an end, and therefore, the original order which was challenged before the Divisional Joint Registrar stands. 4.

What ever is the consequence of the original order, which is confirmed by the dismissal of the Revision Application, the parties will have to take necessary steps to get the same implemented. The Petitioner therefore has a remedy for enforcement of the original/interim order, which is confirmed by the dismissal of the revision. If the Petitioner seeks enforcement of the original order within the ambit of the Act, the Authorities under the provisions of the Act will take necessary steps for enforcing the said order. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
