Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that parties have settled the matter. Learned Advocate further submits that the divorce decree by mutual consent has been passed on 11.11.2022 in HMP No. 456 of 2022 by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Chandrapur. Learned Advocate submits that as per the settlement, the parties have agreed to withdraw the proceedings filed against each other. In my view, considering this statement, this application does not survive. Accordingly, it is disposed of.
