Be that as it may, since the issue is not decided, we direct the respondent nos. 2, 4 and 5 to treat the present petition as representation and the same shall be decided by the within a period of eight weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of present writ petition along with the copy of the order passed today before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks. 4.
