This petition can be disposed of by consent of the learned counsels appearing for the parties, as under : (i) There is no need to adjudicate upon the dispute regarding inter se seniority between the petitioner and respondent No.5.

(ii) The petitioner shall continue to work in the School run by the respondent No.4.

(iii) The respondent No.5 is working in S.S.M. Kanya Vidyalaya, Hinganghat, District Wardha. She shall continue to work at that place.

In view of the aforesaid arrangement, the inter se dispute regarding seniority does not at all survive.
