This application has been moved by the claimants seeking permission to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation.

Perused the impugned award. As the acquired land admeasures 7 hectare 1 are, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. The remaining 50% amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
