The cause for making the first prayer in the Civil Application would not survive as the Joint Director of Vocational Education and Training has refused to grant the approval to the petitioner. As far as the second prayer is concerned, the same cannot be granted as this Court has, by an order dated 6th February, 2013 directed the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to regularly pay the salary to the petitioner from 1.1.2013, during the pendency of the Petition.

07.06.caw.1382.14 In view of the aforesaid, the Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
