It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant that the respondent no.2 has expired on 29.4.2015, which is apparent from the death certificate issued by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur.

In view of above, the appeal against the respondents stands disposed of.

The advocate fee is quantified to Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the learned counsel for the appellant (appointed). Learned counsel for appellant is at liberty to file pursis for diverting the amount of professional fees to High Court Bar Library.
