NO.8192/2017 Merely because the judgment on which the order that is sought to be reviewed was based is subsequently stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we find no reason to review the order. Since the order was based on a judgment that was in force when the order was passed, it cannot be said that there is an error apparent on the face of the record.
