The applicants who are wife and son of the opponent, are seeking for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 30,000/- deposited by the opponent - husband with this Court on 25.03.2021 vide CCD No. R-28384. The said amount has been deposited in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 05.03.2021. Since the amount is towards maintenance of applicants, they are permitted to withdraw the same.
