By this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the respondents to constitute the Arbitral Tribunal and place the matter before the Tribunal under Section 33(2) of the Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Vishwa Vidyalaya Act, 1996. It is stated on behalf of the parties that the Arbitral Tribunal is now constituted and the grievance of the petitioner in that regard would not survive.

In view of the statement recorded hereinabove, we dispose of the writ petition with a request to the Arbitral Tribunal to decide the dispute as early as possible and within six months. Order accordingly. No costs.
