Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The appeal is already disposed of on 17/09/2019. An amount of Rs.16,44,119/- is deposited in this Court. Though there is a prayer to allow withdrawal by respondent Nos.1 to 4, it is orally submitted that withdrawal be permitted in favour of respondent No.4 on producing the Power of Attorney by respondent Nos.1, 2 & 3. In view of that, the following order is passed.

The Nazar is directed to transfer an amount of Rs.16,44,119/- along with accrued interest in the bank account of respondent No.4. The Nazar to do needful on production of Power of Attorney by respondent Nos.1 to 3 in favour of respondent No.4.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
