By this application, appellants are seeking condonation of delay of 255 days which is caused in filing appeal against the award of Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation dated 31.05.2019 for enhancement. As per contention of the appellants, the appellants are true parent of the deceased workman and due to the Covid pandemic situation, they could not file appeal, within time.

The learned Advocates for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 raised objection on the ground that reasons mentioned in the application are not satisfactory and justifiable one. Hence, application deserves to be rejected.

Heard learned Advocates for the parties.
