2] The petition challenges the order dated 4.1.2020 by which the learned Court below has granted interim maintenance of .

₹ 5,000/- per month to the respondent. Ms. Pardhi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no justification for grant of such an amount.

3] Mr. Dharmadhikari, learned counsel for the respondent, justifies the order.

4] The impugned order indicates that the petitioner is serving as a teacher in Amrutabai Indirabai Patel High School, Risama and is getting a monthly salary of approx .70,000/-, which position is not disputed by ₹

(2) 66wp161.21 the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the quantum of salary received and the quantum of maintenance granted, I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
